Bismarck, North Dakota - #44

So, I was taking pictures of another building, cause I thought it was the capital until I looked at the engraving in bold letters that said, "Liberty Memorial" and then realized I had the wrong building. Well, I have to give myself some credit this capital building doesn't look like a "regular" capital building. Someone told me that the old one burned down and they had to build a new one. This building is the tallest in the state of North Dakota. I think I stayed overnight in Fargo.
